Restaurant Service Agreement

    This Restaurant Software and Services Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement with Zuppler Onl Food Order, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Zuppler" regarding the Restaurant’s use of online ordering software for Website and Google ordering

    Lansing 2 Go Online Ordering powered by Zuppler is offering the following online ordering services:

    • • OrderZupp notifications

    • Live 24x7 customer support

    • Delivery provided by Lansing 2 Go

    Website Ordering Product and Terms:

    • Website Creation (if needed)

    • Google Food Ordering

    • Online ordering

    • 12-month agreement

    Growth Services Products:

    • Website creation (if needed)

    • QR code contactless ordering and payments

    • Branded online ordering with visual menus

    • Google Food Ordering

    • Automated email marketing

    • Branded loyalty platform

    • Checkout cart-upselling

    • Website optimization

    • iOS & Android native mobile app

    • Google My Business listing optimization

    Growth Services Qualifiers:

    • Merchant has received 20 online orders (at minimum) each month for the past 6 months (not including 3rd Party Delivery Services)

    • Merchant agrees to authorize Zuppler to utilize offers, promotions, and discounts within the marketing automation campaigns

    Growth Services Terms:

    • Growth Services from Zuppler requires a minimum commitment of 24 months that can be canceled after 6 months if Zuppler fails to grow your revenue.
