Growth Services Products:

Launch Phase (months 1-3):

Growth Services Terms:

• Growth services by Zuppler requires a minimum commitment of 24 months.

• If Zuppler does not increase the revenue during the first 6 months, the merchant may cancel with no fees.

• In order to advance to Growth Services, the account needs to achieve 35 orders by the last month of Launch Phase.

• Merchant agrees to authorize Zuppler to utilize offers, promotions, and discounts within the marketing automation campaigns
